Medical Authorization

You authorize Soccer Pups staff to obtain emergency medical care for the Participant if necessary. You agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photo and Media Release

By participating in our programs, You grant Soccer Pups San Antonio permission to use photos or videos of Participants for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, unless You explicitly opt out in writing.

Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. You agree that:

• Participants and guardians will treat staff and others with respect
• Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Website and materials provided during programs—including logos, branding, curriculum, and media—are the property of Soccer Pups and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
